Product Designer

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Product Designer. Your mission? To design unique, high-quality promotional items that stand out for their originality, style, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualize and design innovative promotional products that reflect our brand’s vision and client needs.
  • Transform creative ideas into visually stunning and practical designs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs are both appealing and functional.
  • Research trends, materials, and new design approaches to keep products fresh and competitive.
  • Prepare 3D models, visual mock-ups, and design specifications for production teams.


What we’re looking for

  • Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
  • Proven experience in product design, preferably with promotional or branded items.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Rhino, V-Ray, KeyShot…)
  • Keen eye for detail, proportions, and finishes.

Manager – Digital Planning

We are seeking a Manager – Digital Planning to lead digital strategy and performance-driven media planning across key clients and categories. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on expertise, with the ability to guide junior team members while ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client servicing.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead digital strategy and media planning for major clients, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and planning to optimization, pacing, and performance reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor digital executives, ensuring high-quality implementation and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Analyze industry media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital opportunities to recommend strategic enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (strategy, planning, creative, performance, analytics) to deliver integrated communication approaches.
  • Evaluate campaign results, extract insights, and optimize based on data to ensure achievement of KPIs and continuous improvement.


What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital media planning and strategy, ideally within a media agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance channels including social, programmatic, search, video, and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in planning and execution tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus but not required).
